Ways to Donate

DonationsaOttery Help Scheme relies mainly on the generosity of our own locality. We all have our Charities that are close to our hearts but donating in the neighbourhood makes a huge difference - your money goes so much further and straight to the heart of your community. We need to increase our regular donors to ensure that we can continue and develop our services over the coming years. Please try and help us.

If you become a regular donor you will receive the Ottery Help Scheme Newsletter, keeping you in touch with what we have been doing, and our activities and ideas for the future.

If you would like to make a donation to Ottery Help Scheme, there are various ways that you can do this. Please see below for details and how you can Gift Aid your donation.

My Donate

If you would like to make a one-off or regular donation, you can do this by using our online donation tool called ‘My Donate’.

Donations by Cheque

Alternatively you can send us a cheque made payable to ‘Ottery Help Scheme’ and post to the below address. Please also enclose a completed Gift Aid form with your cheque - see the section on Gift Aid for more information.

Alternatively it is possible to make a direct bank payment via BACS. You can also set up a Standing Order if you wish to become a regular donor. To make a BACS payment or to set up a Standing Order you will need our Sort Code and Bank Account number as shown below.

We would also be very grateful if you would complete a Gift Aid form and send it to us. The completion of one Gift Aid form will cover your current donation and all future donations which you may make. See our section on Gift Aid for more information.

Gift Aid

Gift-AidaDid you know that if you Gift Aid your donation, Ottery Help Scheme will receive an extra 25p of every £1 donated at no extra cost to you? Please take a minute to print off and complete our Gift Aid Declaration form and return it to us at our normal address.

Alternatively, if you arrange your donation through My Donate, you will be able to complete your Gift Aid form online.

Legacy Giving

Your Will is one of the most important documents you will ever make.  We understand that your family and friends come first, but if you are able to leave us a gift in your Will, however big or small, it will go directly towards helping us continue to provide our services to all those who need them in our community.

If you would like to include a gift to Ottery Help Scheme in your Will, you just need to tell your solicitor and he or she will do the rest.

Thank you so much for your support
